I am currently on a quest to have a healthy 2nd pregnancy. I'm facing leftover baby weight from baby #1 and dreading more weight gain from baby #2. My fears are not really about looking fat (although of course I don't want to look fat!), I am more afraid of health problems that may arise during my pregnancy from too much weight gain.
Almost as soon as Little K came to live with us, I realized that I needed to find a way to help her to be more independent with food. She's the kind of kiddo that is super active and playful, and needs multiple big snacks each day in addition to her full meals. I needed to find a solution that would be easy for me to manage and that would empower Little K to manage her own snacking needs.
